What is the return policy?

Why buy from the machine instead of ordering online?

Where is the Nava Beauty Box located exactly?
Our first machine is located at the Mall at Marathon in Nassau, Bahamas - Food Court Entrance.
How do I pay for my items?
The machine accepts debit cards, credit cards, and exact cash of $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills in USD & BSD. The machine does not give change. Exchange rate and bank fees may apply to card payments as they are processed in USD. This fee is not charged by Nava, but by your bank.
Will the product selection change?
Yes! Nava regularly introduces new trending skin & body care products through the Beauty Box so you can discover what's available globally immediately!
Do I need to order on the Nava website first?
No. The Nava website simply shows what’s currently in the machine. All products are available for immediate purchase directly from the machine. No online ordering required.
What if a product goes viral and sells out of the machine?
Some trending products may sell out quickly due to demand. We restock frequently and also introduce new brands regularly so you can continue discovering what’s trending globally.
Are the products in the Nava Beauty Box authentic?
Yes. We guarantee that every product in the Nava Beauty Box is 100% authentic and sourced through verified distributors or directly from the manufacturer. We've put real effort into securing reliable sources, sometimes through direct connections, and we do not buy from unauthorized resellers or third party suppliers. It’s not worth it.
If it’s in the machine, it’s something we've intentionally selected, personally use, or something you’ve asked for. Not everything makes the cut. We only stock what’s worth trying and what we can source authentically.
